Stunting is a condition of impaired growth in children under five that results from chronic malnutrition, partly due to insufficient attention during the first 1,000 days of life. Efforts to prevent stunting should begin during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester, which is a critical period for fetal organ and brain development and is also vulnerable to various maternal health problems, such as anemia, hyperemesis gravidarum, and constipation. Since 2019, Bogor Regency has been designated by the central government as one of 160 priority districts/cities for stunting intervention. This study aimed to implement the Android-based ASTRI application as an educational and mentoring tool for pregnant women to support early stunting prevention at the Bojong Public Health Center, Klapanunggal, Bogor Regency. This quantitative study employed a quasi-experimental pretest–posttest design involving 50 first-trimester pregnant women selected through total sampling. Data were collected using validated questionnaires and analyzed using a t-test. The feasibility test results showed that the ASTRI application was rated very good by first-trimester pregnant women, particularly in terms of its attractive interface, motivating user experience, and ease of information access and navigation. The study findings indicated significant improvements in respondents’ knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors after the intervention (p = 0.000), demonstrating that education delivered through the ASTRI application is effective in enhancing pregnant women’s understanding, readiness, and health practices to support stunting prevention.
